UK DELIVERY & RETURNS

Standard Delivery is Free on orders over £50 (excluding Ireland and Northern Ireland) and is received between 3-5 working days (Standard Delivery on orders under £50 is £6.00)

Delivery for professional trade orders is £10.80 inc VAT & Free for orders over £200.

Yes! Select Next Day Delivery at checkout, this costs £6.95 (available on ordered placed before 2pm).

We currently don’t offer a real-time tracking facility online but you can call the Customer Care team on +44 (0) 0151 709 7227 and they will help you locate your order.

WHAT IS CRYSTAL CLEAR’S RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY?

  1. You have the right to cancel this Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending an email to shop@crystalclear.co.uk within the 14 day period commencing the day after you received the Product. You may also download and use this model cancellation form instead, but it is not obligatory.
  2. To return the Product you must complete the returns note that you will find with the dispatch note, which you will receive when the Product is delivered to you. The Product you return must be unopened and in its original packaging, unless you are claiming that it is defective. The Product must be returned to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us.
  3. If the Product is not defective, the price of the Product returned will be refunded to you in full. You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.
  4. If the Product is defective in any way, we will offer you an exchange or refund and pay the cost of the delivery and return charges.
  5. When we receive the returned Product we will make the reimbursement to you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive the Product back from you. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
  6. If within the 14 day period commencing the day after you received the Product you have not notified us of cancellation of Contract or that a Product is defective in accordance with these terms, then you shall have no right to return the Product thereafter.

I PURCHASED AN ITEM FROM AN APPROVED PARTNER BUT IT IS DEFECTIVE, DO I SENT IT TO YOU OR GO BACK TO THE PLACE I PURCHASED IT FROM?

Your First instance is to go to the place you purchased it from. If you have further issues please contact us on info@crystalclear.co.uk.

Your refund will be returned in the same method you paid originally. This excludes ApplePay which will be returned by Bank Transfer.

We process your refund within 48 hours from receipt of goods, it’s straightforward. You should see your refund reflected in your bank within 5-10 working days.

Yes, we ship wherever we can! If you are unsure or have experienced difficulties with other couriers in the past, please contact us on live chat or info@crystalclear.co.uk and we will help answer any specific questions!
Not that we know of, we can ship to almost all of the 195 countries in the world! Contact us if you’re unsure!
We offer standard International Shipping at £15.00.
Yes, we always try, wherever possible, to use a trackable service internationally.
Usually your order will be below the duty threshold, however if there are duty/import tax costs involved after shipping you would be required to pay the balance to the authority.
TRACK MY ORDER

Our shipping couriers are pretty great with over 95% of parcels delivered on first attempted delivery, however, if you are awaiting your order to be delivered and think it should have arrived by now then please email wheresmyorder@crystalclear.co.uk with your order number, full name and delivery address, the customer care team will investigate the matter further for you.

PAYMENTS
CrystalClear.co.uk has a number of online security measures in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers’ information is secure. When buying or selling online, caution must always be exercised. The majority of online transactions are completed without incident, so simply follow the guidelines below to help ensure that your online shopping experience is as safe and secure as possible:

  4. If you receive what you suspect is a ‘spoof’ crystalclear.co.uk e-mail, please report the incident to us.
Yes you can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Yes, we accept Paypal as a form of payment.
Yes we do! If your Mobile, or Apple Device is optimised for Apple Pay you can checkout with this payment method.
It is not uncommon for a request for payment card authorisation to fail a couple of times before the card is finally authorised. If we are experiencing difficulties taking payment from you, you will not receive an order confirmation number and you will be asked to re-enter your card details. You are always welcome to submit new payment card information to us for a particular order.
You will receive a confirmation email from us detailing the specifics of your order. This will be sent to the email address given when you placed your order online.

TRAINING
You must be at least 16 to train with us. These ages are subject to insurance policies.

After you’ve completed your training, you have the power of a market leading skincare, systems & aromatherapy brand behind you. We have a dedicated Marketing Team to help support you with assets, tips & tricks to get yourself out there – you can also take additional free online moduales to improve your Social Media skills & Sales techniques.
Due to the quality and demand for our treatments our guidelines state to charge no less than £55.00 for any of our systems (pricing for Microdermabrasion only & excluding any short term offers). However, each treatment & system is different and can range from £55.00 – £750.00. Yes. You cannot, by law, promote or sell Crystal Clear Products or Services without attending one of our training centres, completing the appropriate training & receiving your certificate from us.
