To earn your Skin Points you must first enrol in Crystal Clear Skin Points membership.

You must also: be signed into your account when placing an order, customers can process orders by using a guest account however, points WILL NOT be applied to your account and cannot be applied at a later date – you must be signed into your user account at the time when making a purchase.

Crystal Points are ONLY available on purchases completed at crystalclear.co.uk – no other purchase, including high street retailers, official stockists and other online retailers will be opted into the Skin Points programme.

* All points are pending until your order ships, at which time they are fully matured. Points may be deduced if items are returned and refunded.

By signing up to Skin Points you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy.

Points reset on the anniversary of when you initially signed up for Crystal Clear Skin Points programme and will continue to reset every 12 months.

E.G. You signed up on the 1st January, your points will reset each following year on the 1st January.

Delivery & Returns

Standard Delivery is free on orders over £50 (excluding Ireland and Northern Ireland) and is received between 2-5 working days.

Standard Delivery on orders under £50 is £6.00.

Our shipping couriers are pretty great with over 97% of parcels delivered on first attempted delivery, however, if you are awaiting your order to be delivered and think it should have arrived by now then please email wheresmyorder@crystalclear.co.uk with your order number, full name and delivery address, the customer care team will investigate the matter further for you.

You should automatically receive tracking automations from our delivery partner as soon as your order is dispatched. However, if need help with tracking or returns please email wheresmyorder@crystalclear.co.uk

Yes! Select Next Day Delivery at checkout, this costs £6.95 and is available on orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday with next day delivery will be shipped the next working day.

  1. You have the right to cancel this Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by sending an email to shop@crystalclear.co.uk within the 14 day period commencing the day after you received the Product.
  2. To return the Product you must complete the returns note that you will find with the dispatch note, which you will receive when the Product is delivered to you. The Product you return must be unopened and in its original packaging, unless it is defective. The Product must be returned to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us.
  3. If the Product is not defective, the price of the Product returned will be refunded to you in full. You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.
  4. If the Product is defective in any way, we will offer you an exchange or refund and pay the cost of the delivery and return charges.
  5. When we receive the returned Product we will make the reimbursement to you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive the Product back from you. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
  6. If within the 14 day period commencing the day after you received the Product you have not notified us of cancellation of Contract or that a Product is defective in accordance with these terms, then you shall have no right to return the Product thereafter.

Your refund will be returned in the same method you paid originally. This excludes ApplePay which will be returned by Bank Transfer.

We process your refund within 48 hours from receipt of goods, it’s straightforward. You should see your refund reflected in your bank within 7-14 working days.

You will receive a confirmation email from us detailing the specifics of your order. This will be sent to the email address given when you placed your order online.

You will also be able to view successful orders online via your Crystal Clear Account.

International Delivery

We offer standard International Shipping at £15.00.

Yes, we always try, wherever possible, to use a trackable service internationally.

Usually your order will be below the duty threshold, however if there are duty/import tax costs involved after shipping you would be required to pay the balance to the authority.

Please be aware terms and conditions will differ depending on which company you decide to finance through. It is advised you check each of these before committing to any payment plans / delayed payment services.

It is not uncommon for a request for payment card authorisation to fail a couple of times before the card is finally authorised.

If we are experiencing difficulties taking payment from you, you will not receive an order confirmation number and you will be asked to re-enter your card details. You are always welcome to submit new payment card information to us or you may need to contact your bank or building society.
